Family Health Center of San Diego’s urgent care clinics are the perfect solution when your primary care provider is unavailable. We understand it can be hard to get same day appointments, and weekends and evenings are even harder. We are here to serve your urgent medical needs on a walk-in, no appointment needed basis from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily (except Sundays). We accept cash, Medi-Cal, Medicare and most health insurances. We also offer uninsured patients payment options on a sliding fee scale.

What happens if urgent care is full: During times of high volume, we may not be able to accept more patients. Our staff will help find an appointment with a primary care provider or ask you to return the next day.
